Spotlite provides cloud-based technology solutions for an online benefits enrollment experience. During my internship, Spotlite completed a comprehensive product and marketing rebrand for investor funding discussions and negotiated the terms of its Series A funding round. In the first six months of 2014, more individuals have elected insurance benefits through Spotlite Choice than in all of 2013.
Role: Marketing Associate Intern
produced 24 individual print and digital collateral templates, doubling the company’s materials
designed and executed the process for marketing email drip campaigns
Outcomes:
created marketing materials, helping generate $200k+ in revenue
worked with 9 clients to execute print and digital marketing strategy; as a result, averaged an 89% employee participation rate in benefits enrollment
